Couples in quest of a chic refreshment for their wedding reception have long known a signature cocktail is the way to go. From different variations on martinis to couture creations inspired by the couple, the drinks are a creative way to play up the wedding's theme and impress guests.
So why not have a signature beer?
The varieties of craft or microbrewed beers available can be just as unique as a specialty cocktail and play into your theme just as smoothly.
How so? For an Irish-themed wedding, serve a classic stout or even a black and tan. If you're celebrating a particular time of year with your wedding, grab a seasonal ale that fits the mood. A location? Serve the region's favorite local brew.
